Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I've saved you a pot Shimmers. Get yourself round, you know where everything is from last time xxx
Got 20 mins left on hair ... that's enough for a stealth triffle attack ... so it's round here, through here and aha! Target identified and about to be annihilated ...or at least consumed! Let me grab a spoon
Cheers
Got you a spoon out already hon.
Don't let your hair go over the limit else it might go a funny colour. Hmm, spoon... wonder if Stressy got his back along with the pan...?
Ok all done!
Yep, when Stressy stormed round there yesterday he got pan n spoon n scooter keys. Scooter still in Scoots shed as Stressy has nowhere to put it.
So much for storming round there this morn.
He rang his scooter repairers but they won't take it in lieu of payment for fixing his.
Don't know how but whenever he has acted completely unreasonably sympathy falls like rain on him
Post this
So he spoke with our pal the owner of scooter who was falling over himself to help Stressy out. He has to taxi everywhere but met us in town to give Stressy a wad of cash to get his scooter serviced!!!!
Poor Scoots rang me to find out when Stressy picking up scooter (kuz huge gates need to be left unlocked) and Stressy cockily just wave hand dismissively...
Boy was I assertive at this point!!!!
Cheers
Did you give Stressy what for? He's being proper mean to Scoots and I'd give him a blasting.
Poor Scoots. Who'll go with him for hospital appointments or will he be ok to go by himself xxx
We were in a little wellness cafe so no I didn't blast him but stopped him in his tracks as he about to take off... remember this is all Scoots fault bla bla and Stressy's latest 'poor me' phrase is I'm ground pepper.
You know he is ground down by S's err ... keep doing same thing over n over that he has to sort bla bla.
No Scoots can't handle communication about his appointments or going to them on own. He can't even open messages about them.
In theory the alcoholics are going to come and be with him. Of course Stressy has the paperwork and has been the organiser!!!
Cheers
Lawks. Did this really start over Scoots going for a prescription behind Stressy's back or summat? It'd be funny if it wasn't for Scoots being left high and dry, poor lad.
I'll just put the finishing touches to TLC and getting OH settled and then I'll be back. About 10 mins hon xxx
All done, hopefully. OH's got a slight cold so mucous eruptions galore. If I disappear for a short time it's cos an impromptu neb session is needed but he might be ok. My ears are finely tuned for splutters, even though I'm pretty deaf! Wah!
Right hon, as you were...
Does OH get stressed by these situations?
