Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Post 19 mins ago. Bone marrow done today.
Not sure if she's still around but I will leave her in your capable hands.
Nyt, take care, thanks
Ok hon, I'll go back and see if it's shown up now.
Yep, get some zeds in and I'll fill you in on flatwatch later.
Nyt hon xxx
Lilymoo, your post about little rainbow has finally shown up so I'm up to speed about her bone marrow transplant and future spleen removal. Try not to think too much about that just yet hon, and concentrate on how she's doing now.
Sweetheart, she'll be taken the very best care of in hospital so don't you worry yourself about that side of things. Shimmer gave you sound advice about talking to someone from Macmillan as they're very knowledgeable and will be able to give you comforting words and advice. What I'd do is to get your little cherub a small cuddly toy for when she sees you after she wakes up - that should put a smile on her sweet face.
Now I'm hoping you've managed to get yourself off to sleep too, as baby bear will want your full attention when she wakes up and you need some rest my lovely.
Sending you all good wishes for your cherub's recovery and warmest hugs xxx
Thanks Daisy, but put the delight on hold for now hon.
I rang the agent this morning and discovered someone else had got in first with the flat we wanted I wasn't deterred and left my number in case the interested party drops out.
So back to the drawing board hon, but the bit's firmly between my gnashers.
Take care lovey xxx

Hiya Shimmer
All ok here thanks and I've been catching up with sleep. I won't deny I was disappointed as I half expected it, but the momentum has slowed only slightly, not stopped.
Oh dear, Stressy time. I'll catch up with you later Shims as teatime is here, followed by other stuff, then liberation.
Take a breather hon xxx
