Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aw sweetheart, you must be exhausted with everything and seeing your sweet lily bear poorly. Just know that we're here and wishing that she's as comfortable as possible. When she's awake give her lots of gentle cuddles as that's what she'll want most from mummy.
Sorry for the delay replying hon but the site's going off on one again. Is little bear in bed and fast asleep now hon? xxx
Me again. Do you have a Macmillan hub or a Maggie's place near you?
It's important that you have some support so you can keep doing a fab job of looking after your little one.
Cheers
Shimmer, nowt on my phone about lilymoo's little one being in hospital?
If you want to get your head down then go for it hon. I'll stay around for a while if lilymoo wants some company. I'll fill you in later today if there's owt to report xxx
Gill H siiiiigh! It's annoying when the site is clunky or worse but it's teeth grittingly unacceptable when trying to offer support at moments of crises!
