Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

After a late meeting with council officers which had stretched into the evening I reluctantly agreed to take some very important documents back to the office. Reluctant only because it was late, I didn't need to go back and the docs weren't actually regarding my area of responsibility.
So I was last in office as others long gone and first back in at crack of dawn. However, the very important documents I had left in their brown envelope on top of my pedestal were not there.
Questioned everyone, no one had been in during the gap. They didn't turn up that day, or the next. Third day, I am last to leave and announced to the building
'OK! You have had your fun. It's been three days but now I REALLY need those documents back.'
First in next morning TaDah! There on pedastal!
What a pain to have to keep correcting one finger typing.
Cheers
Wow. What can I say other than the spirits had their fun and bowed to their superior's demand.
Did you ever sense anything there Shimmers? Or were you impervious to ghostly vibes? I love this kind of stuff xxx
Almost forgot my homework...
. ..quack, splash, swoosh, ping, etc...
My maternal grandmother used to say, when I was very young, 'Its not the dead you need to fear, it's the living '
I didn't know at the time but she leaned towards the spiritual church apparently.
Anyway I don't think anything supernatural is inherently evil or threatening or out to be scary.
Cheers
Same here, it's always living things that's got my skin crawling.
The foam party must have wrapped up cos 2 posts have been duplicated and I was suddenly transported back to Rouen and Helen's photos.
13 out of 12 well done . Sizzle, mooooo, zap!
I was once scared in that building ... last out, I ran around making sure I was last etc and discovered a gents toilet door shut. No response from inside and no way to see. Door wouldn't budge ... what to do... what if someone was unconscious or deceased?
I rang for a taxi and persuaded driver to come in and shoulder the door open ...
nothing and no-one inside
Cheers

Grrrrr! How hard is it for the sentence you type to be what appears on screen!!! I must type at least 5 times what shows with all the corrections! Let's hope it uses up calories as well as patience!
