Are you having trouble sleeping?

Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.

“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

  • Here's another tub Popcorn to keep you going.

Several years elapsed after Ben's bogey house - kids, divorce, a couple more houses, until one day I was reading the local paper and saw an elderly lady had been murdered in her own home...

... the one NEXT DOOR to the one we'd briefly looked round.

Sorry for the crashing disappointment it wasn't the same one but maybe Ben picked up some premo vibes of things to come next door to it. Well he certainly sensed something in there and it was enough to put us off. I might have a nose about it and see if owt comes up.

Here, for being a patient girl PopcornPopcorn xxx

  • Oooooh. We shouldn't ignore animal's amazing senses that we don't have or have lost touch with.

Sensing oncoming epilepsy episodes as an example. Knowing when we are heartbroken etc and where the wooooohooor! stuff is!

    Cheers

  • Totally agree Thumbsup animals have amazing abilities we should never ignore xxx

  • You do know you can eat your own bodyweight in popcorn as it has something that doesn't trigger our 'enough' response!

That's something else I haven't done in a while ... made popcorn ... kernels in a pan not the microwave!

    Cheers

  • YumJoy I love popcorn and can scoff it till the cows come home. I've never made it though.

I've got another tale about the first house we did buy, but that one's genuinely spooky. Shall I save it for tomorrow night as it could be a 4 parter?

Club bingo later today and I expect a win on the cards xxx

  • Have you had 'experiences'?

I worked in a building that had previously been an undertakers. Our boss would never be in there on their own so was never in first and was like an Olympic sprinter if the last few people were starting to leave.

    Posting this bit

  • Yes, definitely have had experiences. Big sister had the worst ones at the very old farm cottage we lived in many moons ago xxx

  • One of our chaps who didn't work there but came in to the building was very quiet and lovely and surprisingly years before hand had been approached by a spiritual church to become trained as he had gift/power/was special. He had declined.

Walking up our stairs one day he broke out into a sweat and was saying No! Stop; Get down' etc Apparently many beings/spirits were coming up! Really improved how boss felt Joy

    Anyway...

  • Something must be afoot. The police helicopter's circling - could be a traffic issue on the nearby M62...
