Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I'm busy looking at properties again, not just because of what we've got planned but because it's something I've always been into. Homes Under the Hammer has been a firm favourite for the longest time and it also feeds my unquenchable nosiness! I love seeing how others have decorated and it gives me some useful ideas.
I worked in an Estate Agent's for 18 years, great job if you're nosey
H
Stunning photos Helen, and good work getting all those steps in. Have you visited the market square where Joan met her grisly end yet?
I'm envious of your former job, perfect for a nosey parker! Enjoy all the sights and sounds tomorrow and maybe some local fayre. Pressed duck is a famous delicacy xxx
Hello folks. Trying to catch up while watching the England game. Missing for days, about 4,000 notifications have just come through
Ooh yeah, fab pics! Sbird I am wondering though, if as an estate agent, you had no choice but to enter minging properties and then had to try to fashion creative descriptions?
Cheers
Evening. You spied anymore potentials for you n OH or have been busy?
Cheers
Evening Shimmer
A mix of busy and eating but slipped a siesta in too.
I've had a look at potentials again but no new additions since Friday so I'll be back at it on Monday. No, probably tomorrow as I've got the fever bad!
We've just finished watching the game and OH got 4 out of 4 correct predictions - just shy of £60 to cash in at the bookies
TLC now but I'll be back later if you haven't conked out - don't stay up if you're tired hon xxx
A thousand apologies for the big gap but we watched something else before TLC. All done now
If you've drifted off Shims, sweet dreams and to anyone else contemplating some quality shuteye. Hugs all round xxx
Hello?
Watched the England match with Crutch and Stressy. My prediction was 3-2 to us and was thought unlikely! We played better than a lot expected.
Well then I needed fortifying tea n toast n stuff and then about 4,000 notifications which I have cleared seems to have confused things. Nowt new there
Cheers
Ooh just tried taking a flight of fancy among property available in your region!
Hmmm can you do the coast and still have reasonable hospital access?
Cheers
This has got silly. I typed one word in reply and got cut off
Right, back to business. OH never thought England would win and that's why his bet came in, but we were both pleased to see Trafford in goal as he's one of ours now. I'm too partisan - I can't cheer on those I spend much of the time spitting at via the telly. Can't do it and never could unless they're one of ours but I know there are others out there the same as me.
You've made me hungry with the tea and toast xxx
