Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning again
Glad you got back off H but not that easy for this old insomniac! I managed around 3 hours eventually but not good enough. I wondered if your tooth was giving you gip at first.
Anyway, you could always doze when you're on the road while Alan earns his crust with the driving. Enjoy whatever you've got planned for today hon xxx
Morning err make that afternoon tsk!
Was awake a while! Then discovered phone hadn't charged and was reluctant to do so no matter which cable or socket. Left it plugged in and eventually has charged a bit but without the usual 'charging' screen display.
Was going to look in on the new car boot sale near stadium on way to club bingo but turns out it's on the far side so too much faff n not enough time.
We didn't win and Stressy has shot off to pub to watch match.
Ooh bunch of yawwwwwwwners today!
Cheers

Sheeeesh! How many attempts before the 'errors' corrected version of that post appeared!
Cheers
Afternoon Shimmer
Just nipping in at half time. I'm waiting for one of yous to win at bingo so we can find out what the prizes are. Better luck for next week
I looked for what your dolly/teddy could be and the nearest I found to the description was 'rubber faced' dolls from the 50s and 60s. Mainly monkeys and teddies but other animals were available; they had kiddies faces with various expressions and a close fitting hood. Anything?
Back to the match now hon xxx
Smashing stuff Helen
Glad your tooth's ok hon. I disappeared upstairs after the football and didn't come down for 4 hours, so caught up with some elusive kip.
Getting a bit nippy on a night here, but bet you guys are snug in the MH. Fab! Hugs to you both xxx
Good afternoon Gill,
Hope you and OH are both doing ok and had a nice weekend. Ive tried several times to send messages but nothing has been going through. Fingers crossed workinv today.
We went out to a 65th birthday party on saturday, only stayed an hour and then went for a nice meal on barry island. Was lovely.
I feel very tired still even though my chemo ended 7 weeks tomorrow but apparently it can take months for energy levels to go back to normal.
Speak soon hun. Big cwtches
