Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Cheers
So I am curious now, what sort of jobs has OH had?
Cheers

Firstly, could I give my thanks to...er...erm. oh never mind.
Ta Shimmers, that'll do xxx
Data input, that's why he could WFH when all the covid stuff kicked off. It wasn't well paid but we scraped by.
We're ok now and I won him a PIP award at the first attempt although it took a few days to collate all the necessary paperwork etc. I wrote a draft first and then filled out the booklet in my best hand. It probably resembled a chimp's scrawl towards the last few pages.
Have you done one for Stressy or Scoots hon? I imagine that's the sort of thing you'd do for them xxx
Go you! Scoots is too old, already a pensioner so no pip. He has recently applied for Attendance Allowance.
This was before his cancer was even a possibility and I was rather cross. Given the needs it's supposed to cover, I reckoned he didn't need it.
At best he wanted someone to do his dusting but I reckoned he needed to move more not less and really he just wanted more money to bank ... to have to bequeath!
Anyway he ditched applying but once having surgical procedures Stressy fished out the form and stumbled across Macmillan in hospital and their advisor submitted it.
If he gets it, Stressy has warned him if hoards it rather than spends it, he is 'grassing him up!'
Cheers
Still around but not qualified to take part in the subject matter i.e. how to snare and neutralise a difficult MiL. No experience either. My only MiL was an absolute dear.
