Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

My eyes are better than several hours ago and the lids have just about unglued now - thanks pet.
No news so I'm getting a heavy resigned feeling unfortunately. Aw I hope it's not that hon, it's our friend's 61st birthday in less than a fortnight and everything feels so unfair right now. I'm unsure what to do really.
Well I'd better get on now as things have to carry on. Let us know how the pair got on later please. I was thinking, could you drive the spare scooter home?
Best of luck hon xxx
Me in the enclosed scooter ... hilarious and very probably dangerous!
The main street is lined with shops and businesses and has many side streets sooo you either are in proper traffic on road or bumping up n down many kerbs on paths ... not good for scooter or new driver!.
Back later
Cheers
Good morning lovely lady thank you. The last 4 weeks seemed to drag really but its surprising how quicy time has gone looking back.
I asked for a phonecall as going all the way to velindre for a few minutes seemed too much. The oncologist can ring anytime from 9am and 12 oclock. Im hoping i am first call but will have to wait and see. I feel so scared though.
Glyn is as good as gold i am sooo lucky to have met him. Barry island is nice it was pouring down yesterday but it still nice to be out even if we were watching the rain lol.
So glad you have the fabulous Glyn. Does he know he has been awarded a and
?
Understandably you are scared. Has your team talked through the options and next steps?
You got any cheeky distractions up your your sleeve for today?
Cheers
Morning. What's in your agenda today?
Silly boy you'd prefer a cwtch to impetigo ... how very presumptuous of me, MOST people would
Cheers
Used to call in the Three Legs for a swift pint or two nearly 50 years ago on way from work to Bus Staion going home. It was a bit desparate then!
