Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Siiiiigh! So I will play here!
Good grief... it's a man thing. Swotty Graeme at school replaced the arm of his with a biro... for ages.
Stressy ... chose a pair that... well he liked them! First one arm fell off, then the other. He spends a lot of time lying on his side on sofa so specs aren't long lived. Currently he is using the armless pair by a bit of tape around the bridge the end of which is then stuck to his forehead!! I kid you not!!
Cheers
laughter is the best medicine ever! Cheers Shimmer x
The arms on my specs were always falling off when I was a kid and mam always mended them with a plaster. I like swotty Graeme's solution better xxx
I'm very disappointed you didn't remark on my hamster/angry faces specs that I'd fashioned into a pair of Captain Sensible style sunglasses.
How do you know Amanda is around? xxx
The thin metal ones I have now I resorted to sewing together when the pin popped out and disappeared. Worked fabulously and the fixer looked very confused when presented with them
Cheers
Of course I am impressed with your creativity. Was just trying to tiptoe around said
Amandas reacted to some posts... however the could have served up the notifications from much earlier!
Cheers
I once had a tiny screwdriver I won on the 2p shovers - it worked fabulously on the miniature arm screws.
That's a novel idea sewing them together but wouldn't work on a deliberately snapped bridge xxx
Sounds like a solution a Local Authority Sub Committee would come up with for Vandalised Arch Infrastructure
Cheers
