Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Shimmer hon, it's TLC time so I'll have to nip off for a bit. Just so yourself or Sonia know if either of you send a post. Thanks pet xxx
Ooh yes Soc andGill H I once had something going on between my throat and ears, probably swollen glands... aaaaargh! The slightest swallow or sound was excruciating and I felt generally very terrible.
I remember my mother visiting and I was trying to minimise mouth movements when I spoke which just made her want me to repeat it AAAARGH! Then I was in bother for being snappy.
I had to go with her to show her where the chip shop was and the server woman was appalled at how terse I was with my mother.... a classic case of mustn't have looked ill and my mother didn't enlighten her!!
Cheers
Crumbs! I hope that included fitting and making you a brew!!
Cheers
I'm back, and OH will probably be asleep in no time as his eyes were rolling by the time I'd finished his lymphoedema massage.
Another crumbs from me at the £280 aerial cost Sonia. I think they should have done your ironing and mowed the garden too! Oh, and walked your none existent dog for that price but at least it's done now.
Ah, great news the Christie has already given you some cream hon, so you're well prepared now.
Lots of love from a whacked out OH and me xxx
Thanks for holding the fort Shimmers, but I guess Sonia's been sensible and gone to bed, bless her.
Have the blokes rolled in from the pub hon? xxx
Ooops I may not have thanked you. Loving your reports and pics
Cheers
Hellooo. I believe there was some arrangement for Crutch to ride Stressy's scooter back while he walked!
At least he prepared some chicken to cook on his return!
Cheers
Ooh, chicken for supper but not for you I guess.
If you give me a few mins I'll tell you my tale of a painful ear experience although I doubt I'll top yours as that sounded horrendous.
Back soon hon...
I am curious about your OH.
How independent is he able to be? I understand he has had several health issues and huge adjustments.
Oh yeah, the rugby, just about anything is watched, so all the national and international.
Cheers
