Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Good morning all
After my early morning yesterday I was in bed by 9pm last night and slept like a log until just after 6am this morning
Alan's going to see if he can get the car sorted today, or at least looked at.
Trev123a17072 this is a good place to get things off your chest.

What kind of help? Are you using it on a phone?
H
Morning both. I messaged the admins yesterday and they responded this morning. There's a computer glitch that the techies are trying hard to fix but currently there's no ETA for it coming back on line.
So frustrating as I know a lot of us are talking privately and I for one, feel a little lost without it.
Hugs all Debs xxx
Morning Debs. Aw flip! Let's hope it's sorted soon. How are you this fine morning? Sleep ok hon? On Patrick's thread last night, Micky suggested lavender products for sleep, so they're next for me to try and going in the chemist this morning. I daren't go back to magnesium as each time I've turned into an aggressive nut job!
Calm now, outside with a cuppa and being serenaded by the birds. Cripes, next door's cats are on the prowl so flea bites ahoy!
Laters hon xxx
Hiya. No I had a bad night, even with the magnesium, which I'm going to give a miss for a while. Not worth the side effects if it doesn't work for some reason. Let me know how you find the lavender hon.
I've read through Patrick's thread, not more for me to add tbh but I'll probably send him some hugs. The waiting is excruciating and I feel for his poor wife.
I'm going to crack on with my chores now as we've got a meeting in town (un cancer related for a change) at 11. So got to get a wriggle on.
I'll drop Nige a quick text to let him know about PM .... hopefully it will be back up soon.
Love and hugs xxx
