Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Debs and glad you're feeling a little better today hon xx
Hey, I never get tired of seeing photos of our glorious animal friends and family, as they put a big smile on my face!
About the magnesium - I'd give it another whirl but a side affect turns me into a raging monster and my poor fella bears the brunt! Maybe I'll just go for zinc.
Love and hugs sweetie xxx
Morning Annette, I've just seen my PMs have been temporarily disabled, I'm sure the Macmillan guys are on top of it, and it'll be resolved soon. Sarah did post 3 days ago , I've explained it in a WhatsApp to you a few minutes ago.
It's seaside today my friend, North Wales, as someone on the thread mentioned Cardigan bay will be heaving today, should you visit your friend today, please give her a hug from me, me and three friends are in Ayr in September 4th to the 7th, your very welcome to join us, we have a place very close to the train station.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
Morning Gilly, I've been up a couple of hours as I volunteered for baby duties, so mum and dad could have a lie in
, my friends Maine Coon is a Tom, not called Tom, he's called Yeti, and as Poppy's always been in his life they are good friends. So you looked up the nerve, not having surgery as an option mine is
damaged, but sadly for many guys going down the surgery route this isn't the case, with some truly heartbreaking ramifications, which could be lessened if they were told all their options. We're set
ng off to the beach soon, and we take our own food whenever we have the little ones, not sure whereabouts on the North Wales coast we're going, all we want is a quiet place to relax
. So any plans for yourself and LOH today my friend, something nice and not just pest control?.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
A purrfect relationship then Helen, are you away somewhere, or maybe planning something?, I remember you were going to the South East to spend a little time with friends before they went home to Spain, have a lovely day my friend.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
Yeti is a great name, perfectly matching his white coat. My eldest lovingly pampers a sweet boy who lives further up the road from her - she recently found out his name is Crunchie, as he's a ginger Tom. I love the names folks give their furries.
Yes, I'm playing Rent o Kill again but not much else. Enjoy the coast and the picnic. Superb xxx
