Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

It's on my heart rather than in.
They can not confirm it's cancer until it's out but they think it is as it's suspicious. I have had a pelvic Sarcoma removed this year so there best guess is it's a sarcoma.
Not feeling great.
Hi Gardenshed, I am no expert my friend, but when I was diagnosed, I had 14 tumours spread throughout my lower abdomen and they were all classified as adenocarcinoma, when in fact, my rectal and anal tumours were unrelated, and as malignant heart tumours are very rare, so much more so, than benign tumours, and because there classified as sarcoma, maybe your recent pelvic sarcoma is coincidental. I do hope everything goes well for you my friend, and please if you want to chat about anything, the guys on here are here to support everyone.

Well Gilly, how was exercise class for you and your LOH, I hope the anticipation of sausage butties and cream cakes didn't keep you awake too long, and your ever expanding muscles
aren't too sore.
A lazy day here, bloods mostly good, two were satisfactory"medical term", one I haven't read yet, but looking forward to tomorrow, a party and taking the little ones to the coast, fab.
I hope your weekend is an enjoyable one my friend, PS do you have SKY installed yet, happy viewing.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
Sorry to hear about the possible heart cancer. Best wishes for any treatment needed.

Evening Eddie
The exercise class was pretty good, but more folk turned up today so I offered to give up my spot, not being a bona fide attendee. (I was really trying to get out of it!) I improvised and became hubby's personal trainer instead and boy did I put him through his paces! The girls who run it said I was a hard taskmaster and thought it funny - OH didn't and was knackered.
Crikey was I disappointed when we went for our dinner; sold out of sausages and one rasher of bacon left. The guy behind the counter must have seen the tears welling in my eyes, so I got the rasher for free and he also gave me the biggest piece ever of chocolate torte. Satisfactory result, but ever expanding waistline is more accurate than muscles!!
Sky is being installed this coming Thursday, just in time for the premier season so we're happy about that. Tomorrow I'm going to assemble the recliner chair as a bit too tired, and lazy, to do it today. My hubby can watch me do it as he's tripe at DIY, but I don't mind at all as I enjoy challenges - just hope I'm successful.
So glad your bloods results were on the plus side, so that'll help you relax through the weekend and enjoy the coast trip even more with your sweet gang of angels. Hope you all get sandy toes and maybe a paddle. It'll be smashing whatever you get up to.
Big hugs to you and yours xxx
Hope you're looking forward to watching Man utd win the league
I'll restrain myself from answering that if you don't mind Steve.
Anyway, have they sorted themselves out to your satisfaction yet, as I recall much grumbling from yourself and Chloe a few weeks back?
Honestly, I'm easy whether Leeds stay up or go back down as I much prefer the EFL and despise VAR. The extra Dosh wil be handy for the club I suppose, but only if they buy well. Hey, do you reckon you'll get a parade at the end of this season? Honest answers only please! xx
