Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 2 a month ago. It is great to contact people. I haven’t really processed what has been happening. How is everyone coping with it?

  • Hi,

I just got diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma at 33, grade 2 (unsure of the stage or treatment plan yet as waiting CT scan & final biopsy results). I’m scared and struggling to cope with this. I feel so lost at the moment.

  • Everything will be fine. When i first got diagnosed, someone told me that i am in good hands and they know the best and they will do the best for you. It was so relieved.

I can only say that you need to be with your family and your friends. Don’t feel you are alone. We are all in the same boat.

  • I truly feel lucky that I found a chance to have egg frozen treatments. I am 34 and thought that i had time and waited for a man to have a baby. I now came to the conclusion that i don’t to wait for anyone to do anything. Life is too short and we will need to cherish ourselves as women, need to do whatever makes us happy..

  • Hi

I was only diagnosed with grade 3 last week and it is scary especially for when you don’t know all of the results as I am in the same boat as you but I have a lot of faith in the hospital, they have been so quick at getting things done.

I go back on Wednesday so hopefully I will have more answers, are you booked in for CT and follow up?
