Hi everyone, I’m just waiting for single mastectomy with reconstruction from my abdomen at same time, I’m just wondering if anyone has experience of genetic testing, if after a single mastectomy there has been a need to consider a second mastectomy and what type is available if no more local fat can be grafted for the second breast, how did you find the results?
