Hi all, anyone have experience with plastic surgery? After 1st appointment with them, how long to be waited for surgery? I am so worry as I noticed ER/PR+ on 24 Apr, been informed the choices for me after mastectomy. During the time they still waiting result of Her2 to see I have to do treatment first or surgery first. Last week, I noticed I have to do surgery first but I select to use my own tissue to do reconstruction. So that they booked Plastic Surgeon at another hospital and the breast surgeon only handle if I don't do reconstruction or implant surgery. Now I have 1st appointment with Plastic Surgeon on 3rd June and they told me if priority case it will take 4-6weeks, soon case is 3months, normal case 9month+......I am worrying as my treatment plan need to be waited after surgery and test from sentinel lymph node. I am IDC stage 2 cells grade 3. I don't know in this case I have delayed my treatment plan? I am worrying seems counting from the beginning......My 1st visit in GP on 3rd Apr, 1st visit in Breast Clinic on 11 Apr.
