Today is my first app I’m very worried I’m wearing a sports bra, leggings and vest top. My partner is coming with me and my mum babysitting my 5 month old, my others are at school. So if I’m running late my mum will do the school run. Iv noticed my breast swelling and coming out of my bra lately and the location that hurts is very painful to touch and my gp said there was an area of thickening. I’m very worried iv had a very traumatic birth with an emergency c section then I bled too heavy and was opened back up. I’m still traumatised by that and now this on top I haven’t slept well at all.
It was awful I’m truly traumatised it was a male dr he was rubbing and squeezing my breasts he wasn’t even wearing gloves iv put in a complains I am utterly traumatised I went straight into town on tbe drink I felt so violated if I was to ever have a problem again I’d be scared to go back. He didn’t find any lumps so sent me on my way told me to take evening primrose oil.
Oh I’m so sorry, that sounds awful. Did you have a female nurse in the room with you? It’s such a traumatic time, nobody should be made to feel like that. I hope you’ll be ok but glad that there was nothing wrong physically x
