I have had three cancers now and finished carbo for stage 4 two years ago. I just got turned down for a PARP inhibitor because I am two years in remission. So I have to wait for the cancer to come back first before I get the drug. More chemo and possibly surgery as I have an 80% chance of it returning. I am angry, hurt and determined to go down fighting. Just in case anyone else has to go through this.
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm not a member of this group but I didn't want to just pass by your first post especially as you'd titled it "crying so hard". I'm hoping that you're feeling a bit better today but if you have any questions or need support then please ask away as I'm sure other members of this group will understand what you're going through.
When you have a minute it would be really useful if could pop something about your ourney so far into your profile as it helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
Sending a supportive (((hug)))
