I was tidying up the garden a little yesterday. I do find it quite therapeutic and got 'lost' in myself whilst cutting the grass. I got to a certain point and turned around in anticipation that there was a certain face standing at the kitchen window watching, and directing, which was a regular occurrence all these years. I didn't get emotional to the point of tears but oh my it was a strange moment when the reality of it all kicked in again. I did manage a smile though!
Just a heck of a feeling.
Take care,
WDJ
Yes your right these things, turn up every so , often, think Tom will be home soon, he has been out a long time, where it comes from who knows, I am further down the line, then you, and when i cut the grass, which was his job, last thing he ever done was fill the bird bath.
When i go to do it, a robin appears and i always say, yes i am doing it and smile, makes you winder,
