On Monday I have appointment with a therapist I didn't want to go but my stepdaughter says that it will help me try and move on ,I'm feeling nervous and a bit scared to talk to a stranger ️
It will help to talk and help sort out the feelings and etc.. Its good to talk to strangers as you can tell them things that you cant tell your close friends and family etc.
It is a bit uncomformatable at first and than in time you will express things better to the theaprist and be more comfortable.. Its another process you have to get adjust and get familar with ..
