I am so very sorry for your loss.

There is no easy way to get through this, and no one-size-fits-all approach, we are all grieving differently for our loved ones.

Would you like to tell us a little bit about yourself? And about your husband and the circumstances of his death? And when you say you are finding it difficult to cope, could you tell us a little bit more about what exactly you mean/how you are experiencing life right now?
