Still not receiving email reminders if someone comments is anyone having this problem been through all the resets ect but no luck can't be me as I still get reminders from sue rider

Been through all the setting ect you have reset but no emails 
I'm sorry to read that after following these instructions that I linked bramblejoo too you're still not getting emails Newb. I assume that you've checked that they're not going into your 'junk' or 'spam' folder.
The only thing left that I can suggest that you do is to contact Macmillan at community@macmillan.org.uk telling them what device you are using, eg. laptop, tablet, phone, etc and that you're not getting emails when people respond to your posts.
I hope they're able to sort this for you.
