I just listened to the call in / section Jeremy Vine had on today (16-6-20) about Amy Krouse Rosenthal. i would suggest you listen as a widower, im not suggesting it was easy to listen too, but what an amazing thing she did in the final days of her life. I (and you) will only appreciate how hard this must have been for her to say these words.
Their was a professional Councillor on who also passed on good advice (she too is a widower) about moving on, which i appreciated, it may help you? I thought i would share this to those who may not have heard it today...
I heard the tail end in the radio then found the whole thing on the R2 site. Colin asked me to be happy but that'll be a long way away off yet. I googled Amy Krouse Rosenthal and she wrote the chlidrens story Duck/Rabbit - with the famous illustration. The story made me smile, my grand daughters will love it!
