Missing everyone terribly, my dog, my dad, Kenny and Shane... all gave me love life and freedom...
Hi Dippy HIppy
I am so sorry that you are missing everyone at the moment. It is hard to lose someone close to you, pets included. If it would help to talk to someone, do give the Support Line a call. They are there from 8am- 8pm daily.
Grief can have many different stages and I have found that it is a journey of many stages and many ups and downs. The missing someone and the yearning is part of it all. The things that helped me were to try to keep some sort of daily routine and to go with the flow a bit with emotions. It can help to realise that all these feelings are normal and to be expected. Talking to those around me helped also.
I also found Home - Cruse Bereavement Support helpful. They have information that explains how people might feel and things that can help.
