Not sure why, but having a really bad day today. I lost my daughter 8 months ago and have been up and down emotionally anyway but finding today particularly hard. Can't seem to stop crying. Just needed to get that off my chest.
Im sorry youre feelling low today. These days do creep up on you often unannounced.
What Ive learned in the 6 months since my husband died is that tears are good for you, and to go with the overwhelming feelings when they happen. Easier said than done I know, I had a sobbing afternnon one day last week.
