Back during the covid epidemic my sister was rushed into hospital unbeknown to herself and all of us she had liver cancer ,she passed suddenly within days leaving her two children behind ,fortunately they were both adults and with the care and support from the rest of the family have gone on to do her incredibly proud.
my sister and i were close in age give or take a few years and also close to each other ,i never got to see her or say goodbye at the time as covid rules only allowed immediate family to visit ,and to this day i still dont think i have dealt with the grief we used to go to concerts together loves lot of the same music and i have recently.come.off antidepressants i was previously on and now find hearing music etc we loved makes me sob,
just wondering does anyone else have a similar story and does it get easier? i dont want to go back on meds as i felt it blunted me emotionally to everything around me something i did not lime at all ??????
thanks in advance
