I lost my amazing mum in February this year.
She was so brave throughout the nearly three years she had treatment.
Her birthday is on the 20th December and we were planning on making it really special as it would have been her 80th.
We were very close and I'm so alone.
I have epilepsy which has got worse since she died despite my medication being increased.
How do I move forward?
I know I need to as she told her best friend that she wanted me to be happy but it seems impossible
Big hugs to you. I just lost my Mum. And my dad last year. It leaves a huge hole in your life. Look after yourself, take care of yourself. Give yourself time and rest as best you can.
Thank you for your kind words. It means a lot
