Arbbas, I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss. You must still be in complete shock!
I'm pleased to hear your employer is being supportive offering you 2 weeks bereavement leave. We're all different&all deal with loss differently but after losing my Dad in January I was signed off work for 4 weeks. I couldn't contemplate working in those 1st few weeks&was busy looking after my Mum&planning his funeral. I know others found going back to work worked for them, and they needed to keep busy& 'have normality' I guess what I'm saying is, just do what feels right for you. Take your 2 weeks&if needed talk to your Doctor about being signed off for a few weeks. Keep in touch with work, they'll appreciate that&take all the support they offer.
Sending love and strength to you at this very sad time. Take care. Xxx
