I have read people saying that it helps grief to "do things for the lost person". Can anyone explain what this means? I have not found any way of dealing with the grief.
It didn't help me at all, actually increased my grief.People deal in a different ways, such as keeping busy, talking to the people have been in the same situation as they understand us better xx
