Hi Nikita _UK welcome to the forum and  I am so very sorry to hear how you are feeling. I wonder if you felt able to that you got in touch with the Macmillan Line and they may be able to point you in the right direction for groups maybe local to you. 08088080000.

Thank you Granny59, I’ll give them a call in the morning. I just can’t believe there is nothing in my area. My Dad has two support groups from different charities and a group at his local church. 

I feel completely abandoned.

I'm sorry to hear that, it's not easy. 

I sent a message to Cruse a while ago but I think they are in high demand. I think they also only offer one to one counseling and I'd rather something a little less formal and just chat with others over a coffee or something.

I found some local bereavment support information on those noticeboards at supermarkets, keep a look out when you're out and about shopping
