I'm so very sorry for your loss. My Mum passed away three weeks ago from lung cancer and I feel numb and in a horrible state of limbo for much of the time. But we had her funeral yesterday and it did help, just knowing how much she meant to others was a real comfort and also honouring her life. I guess we have to give ourselves time for our grief, it's still such a huge shock and too much to fully take in yet. Please take good care of yourself. Xx
I think often our brains try and protect us from the reality of what has happened, so we can still function in daily life. Your emotions may change or they may not. We are all individual in how grief effects us. I sometimes feel all emotions in a short space of time and sometimes I feel nothing.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
