Lost Parents

Hi, Has anyone ever lost their parents 6/7 weeks apart - Lost Mum to SCLC 6 weeks ago and now Dad, he has lung cancer, no type ever given as he was fit enough to cope with tests, We got the call on Saturday morning to say our goodbyes, still with me but hanging by a thread - How do you cope !!!

  • Hi Toppy welcome to the forum and I am so very sorry to hear about your mum and now your Dad . Life is so very cruel sometimes and whilst we search for answers there are often none.  There are no magic answers for cpping but we are all thinking of you and here if you want to chat at anytime.
