Hi everybody.
I am new to the group. Several months ago, unfortunately my mum lost her battle with lung cancer.
She was diagnosed to late and unfortunately lost her battle within months of being diagnosed.
Its been a massive shock to myself and something that I'm struggling to come to terms with.
I feel like nobody understands around me as they fortunately haven't been through this experience, so I have joined this community to connect with people who have been through this experience and hopefully to help each other. Xx
I understand, I lost my mum in September 2022 after a battle with cancer. Unfortunately the support that should have been there for her wasn't and she suffered needlessly. That's all I can say. I hope you are able to stay strong.
I'm sorry to hear this, your mum should not have suffered Un necessarily.
I hope you are doing okay and have the support around you.
Losing your Mum is probably the hardest grief we can go through as nobody will ever replace them.
Thinking of you, stay strong. X
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
