This is my first post
as Christmas fast approaches the sudden realisation hits me that it will be first Christmas without my beautiful daughter
I have been trying to get to grips with the worst year of my life and really struggled as of late , to the point where I have been bottling everything up inside and it’s starting to effect other aspects of my life , hopefully this is the help I need to try and get me through
