Hi Treasured
Sorry nobody picked this up earlier, just wanted to say you had been heard and hope you managed to find someone to connect to.
I know I am generally very emotional when I lose a friend and still have some difficulty accessing one website where a photo of a friend who died quite young is on the front page.
Mostly I manage to get to a point where I can look back and think how much my relatives and friends did with their life and that helps me. I find it helps too in reaching out to others because we all struggle at times. I am lucky in a way because I have a very good employer and have access to support through them to help work out my emotions and also to support other colleagues.
<<hugs>>
Steve
