Hi everyone
I don’t even know how to start to say this, but I’m hoping in this community that I won’t be alone. This morning about 5am we lost my amazing stepdad in hospital, he was only 49 Sadly he had melanoma which spread to rest of his body. Only yesterday we was told he won’t see Christmas, we didn’t expect it to be the very next day we lose him. Sadly he died before we got to the hospital, but we was comforted to know that he was in his doctors arms. I went to say goodnight to him and seeing him laid there was the most soul destroying thing. I miss him so much and just want him back. As a family we are strong and we know we’ll get through this somehow, but at the moment everything just seems dark.
