Hi everyone,
I hope you don't mind me posting here this afternoon, my name is Rachel and I work as part of the Community team here at Macmillan.
I wanted to let you know today about our lasted Community News Blog post which is by our guest blogger K. In this blog, K talks about her experience of supporting her young daughter to cope with the loss of her grandmother and how creating a book all about their wonderful grandmother and mother in law together really helped them both.
If you want to read K's story and hear about her experiences of talking to children about loss - click here.
If you have any questions about supporting a child with loss, or need any support at all - please remember Macmillan is here for you. You can reach out to the Community team on community@macmillan.org.uk. We are here to support all our members as best we can, so if there is anything we can do to help - please do let us know.
Take care,
Rachel
