It's Father's Day this Sunday and I don't know what to do in memory of my dad. Myself and my fiance are going to visit his family for a couple of weeks on Sunday.
I can't even remember the last time I sent my dad a Father's day card. my daddy didn't even get to meet his eldest granddaughter (my daughter) as he wasn't well on the day she was born, which also meant that my brother has never met his eldest niece either. I'm just glad that my daddy wasn't on his own when he fell asleep in the hospital as there was a lovely nurse with him holding his hand listening to him talking about me, my two sisters and our brother as well as his princess Melody (my middle niece) who is 8 years old. She was diagnosed with global development delay when she was two years old. She can walk around at home and school unaided. she still has a wheelchair and a special disability buggy for longer distances as she gets tired very easily and she can't walk far at the min. sometimes when she's walking around at home and I'm visiting with my fiance and my mum, I'll look at my niece and I'll say," are you showing off again Dolly (Melody's nickname)?"
and Melody says," yes." she sounds soo cute when you ask her something. I remember when her mummy (my youngest sis) asked her if she wanted a drink of milk and Melody said," yea please".
