My Dad passed yesterday from kidney cancer which had metastasised he was at home comfortable, Mum and I were with him and it was very peaceful. I moved in with them about 5 weeks ago to help care and had the privilege of quality time with him. Yesterday was a nightmare today has been practical and sorting everything out as everything is in his name etc so have been busy but it just punches you in the face every now and again and breaks you down and I am worried as we will run out of things to do and I don't really know how to cope as I have to be strong for Mum although we cry a look a lot together. Am not looking for answers as there are none I think I just needed to say it somewhere safe and without personal involvement.
Hi
I'm very sorry to hear that your dad has passed away recently. Can I offer my condolences to both you and your mum.
I'm sure your mum gets great comfort from you being with her at this time, just as she is giving you support.
Sending a supportive ((hug))
