  • Both of my parents diagnosed with cancer within 34 days!!

    My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer last month (April '12), followed by my dad who was diagnosed 34 days later with inoperable primary bowel and secondary liver cancer. Life is very unfair!!

    Evie got up on the chair, put on my glasses, picked up the pen and said "I am doing Papa's crossword!" I never thought that she would have got Thoroughbred for pedigree. What a clever girl!

  • AFTER 5 LOTS OF 5 FU HE IS WIPED OUT AT THE WEEKENDS AND MOST OF THE DAY? BOWEL CANCER S U R V I V O R!

    HUBBY IS 59 AND HAS NEVER MOANED ONCE. HAS AN ILEOSTOMY, GETS ON O.K. BUT THIS CHEMO HAS MADE HIM A DIFFICULT GUY TO LIVE WITH. IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WITH A HUSBAND, POSITIVE ATTITUDE..BUT IS SCARED STIFF INSIDE REALLY? ON HIS LAST MONTH OF 6. CYCLES.?
