WLE AND SPILT SKIN GRAFT (CONTAINS PHOTOS OF A GRAPHIC NATURE)

has any one had SNB in their groin and it feel really lumpy  at this stage after surgery?

i am due to see the consultant next friday but wonder if i should see someone before if i think it is lumpy? i am seeing the nurse tomorrow to ask her opinion but if anyone has had experience of this then please let me know

Just back from the dressing clinic. Sluff removed from inside wound and repacked with alternative to keltostat which seems to be liked by some nurses and hated by others. Todays nurse suggested the graft was nearer 80% than 90% but its hard to tell as the wound just fills up with fluid all the time. Goind back tomorrow. Hopefully i will get the same nurse, the most impressive so far. Isnt it strange how different nurses…

TAKEN TODAY AT WALKIN CENTRE... I THINK LOOKS MORE YELLOW BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS NORMAL. HOWEVER THE BIG SWELLING IN MY FOOT HAS GONE NOW THANKS TO A VERY TIGHT TUBIGRIP DRESSING (DOUBLE) ... THE NURSE THINKS THE REDNESS AROUND THE EDGES OF THE WOUND MIGHT BE AN ALLERGY TO THE KELTOSTAT ON GOOD SKIN.
