I’ve taken a huge step on my recovery. I’m now back at work!

Before my sicknote ran out I paid a visit to work. I was so pleased I did. The welcome I received was overwhelming. People are so kind welcoming me back and commenting on how well I looked. I never realised how much I had missed it.

I had a telephone interview with an occupational health consultant who asked me a variety of questions about how I…

We're back (Myself and Beryl (my stoma)) after a great week in Kos. The weather was fantastic. I didn’t see a cloud for the entire week. Sunny every day and temperatures not below 32 degrees centigrade.

Hi. It’s me again. Apologies for not updating sooner but unfortunately (or should that be fortunately) life has got in the way.

I've just realised that it's exactly 1 year ago that I started this blog and my journey.

I've had 6 months of chemotherapy, the removal of my large bowel and my bum and I'm sitting in a hospital bed with less than half my liver.

I'm still here and I intend to be here a damn sight longer!

Thank you all for your love, support and positively.
