Where is Chat?

I have sent an e mail to macmillan. I suspect it is their trial license that is the problem. I have expressed my concern as ther eis a lot of suppport for each otehr on chat  and there have been many problems since the new site was set up. Such a shame as it isa lifeline to some folk . It weas for me when I was in bed after a masectomy and could do little else.

I am also getting the message about trial licence    I was having problems in chat last night and put it all down to my  laptop ,perhaps I'll give it another chance

I have just tried to chat and have got the same message as everyone else. Hope it is soon up and active again

Cutesoft are a software company that supplied Macmillan with their live-chat facility. Somehow when it was all set up and running the version used was not the one bought and paid for but was only a trial version. The trial version has expired and of course Murphy's Law made this occur at the commencement of the weekend so it will be Monday before anything can be sorted. I wrote to Cutesoft and the reply they sent formed part of the start of this list of comments about Where is Chat.

I'm getting so disappointed now with this site,why on EARTH didn't they leave well enough alone

No need for login names/passwords,just choose the 40's plus room and wait till Java script is set up on your pc,hope this helps
