Am I the only one excluded from chat the only good thing on the new site?

I asked Cute soft what the problem was and they replied

For some reasons, you are using a trial license file on your server instead of official license file.

Please use the license file I’ve attached to get your site up then write to Karen@cutesoft.net for the official license.

I am now having thatr problem too What is going on here i am running out of patience. We are all getting the same message please someone from Macmillan can you sort this out!!

This is a nightmare...since changing the site I don't appear to be able to message my friends, I can't chat....or when I can it doesn't work....do they realise what a lifesaver this site was....do I have to give up on this now?

I got booted out of chat last night and it keeps telling me my trial licence has expired, what is the licence fil oldandgrey? I'm really gutted i can't get onto chat.
