Where is Chat?

Am I the only one excluded from chat the only good thing on the new site?

I asked Cute soft what the problem was and they replied 

For some reasons, you are using a trial license file on your server instead of official license file.

 

Please use the license file I’ve attached to get your site up then write to Karen@cutesoft.net for the official license.

    Well I'm banged off an e-mail to Karen@cutesoft.net (I suggest we all do that too) and  I'm about to send my third one to admin.  This is a terrible service. For those that are isolated at home on their own an essential lifeline has been withdrawn.  I'm sure that someone must monitor the site over the week-ends and therefor must know what's going on.  An notification on the home page would be all that is needed to let us know what has happened and when or if our chat room is going to be re-instated.

    not been in for a couple of days looks like i would not have got in there in anycase.

    Prefered the old chat room

    So many are missing out on the support of the chat room.

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
