Am I the only one excluded from chat the only good thing on the new site?

I asked Cute soft what the problem was and they replied

For some reasons, you are using a trial license file on your server instead of official license file.

Please use the license file I’ve attached to get your site up then write to Karen@cutesoft.net for the official license.

Yes me too - have tried to get on all morning. Thought it was my PC because thats the impression you get
