    Well thats another hurdel over and done with :-))  I have been lucky, I've not really had any trouble with this treatment and what the nurses told me turned out to be true.... " If you've delt with chemo then this will be a breeze "  The nurses were all fantastic once again and I didn't have to wait very long each day for the treatment.

    Back in six weeks for an appt with the consultant to check up…

    It's been a hard week; I found out that I have a 50 % chance of surviving over 5 years... a difficult one to get my head round, especially when everyone at the hospital talks in positive talk, preventative treatments aiming to cure.... ha.... I feel just a tad fobbed off really, although what they say is true and Yes I do appreciate that they need to be as positive as possible but hey please also be real... I did ask…

    Wow, I had my 4th chemo and first Herceptin last week... and have felt like I've been beaten up since saturday. What a complete change in side effects .. I've gone from metal tasting and nausea to crawling up the stairs and shuffling about like an old age pensioner. My understanding of the phase my bones ache is much more compassionate now I have seen last week off. I have been soo lucky up to now really, I suppose it…
