We woke up to the same scene as yesterday
It was lovely and cosy in doors and very Icy outside as I let the dog out for his usual bladder empty.
I sat and answered my emails and tidied my paperwork as the dog kept barking as neighbours delivered Christmas cards through the letterbox reminding me I haven't done that job yet, a note to myself , pull your socks up.

We woke up to no snow at all today which was such a relief as I began to think we would miss it .
Our Son phoned up and he had to take his car for an MOT so he had set of in one car with his girlfriend and then the snow had fallen in force and they were taking ages to move as they came home in two cars and were stuck as they had shut the slip road he wanted.

We didn't get much sleep last night as 2.30am we had a "beep" and I thought that maybe the door bell button had Iced up as it did the last time it snowed, so I got up and unplugged the bell as it is one that you plug into the electric socket.
