on monday I have my 5th dose of FEC I have one more after that. I am feeling okay I keep walking I will be glad to go back to swimming .I'm also going to try a Yoga class and aquafit for cancer patients when I have finished .January has been a miserable month so we went away to stay at Statford apon Avon last week a little treat perhaps I would have been off to the sun if I was not on chemo never mind I am here and well…

I keep trying to put the beach picture on but it does not seem to work. My husband has been calling me for dinner ,he had an Ipod for Christmas has had it in this pm so he could not hear me calling him, he is fed up with me talking as usually I am very quiet but since starting chemo I cannot stop talking he is usually the talker.

This ia me the oldest with my Grandaughter son and his girlfriend on Cromer beach yesterday I am halfway through FEC chemo feeling fine.

I have been on a health walk today walked 4 miles lovely day Had 3 dose of chemo mon no sickness feel fine only have a sore arm. I needed a walk didnot sleep well last night Im usually swimming as well as walking 3-4 times a week.

I am a retired nurse used to care for the terminally ill. so I know what can happen. I am very positive since I got over my first week of chemo. this 2nd time was much better having had my anti emetics changed,also treating myself with various things I am also trained in the use of essential oils so I massaged feet with ginger.and have been wearingg sea bands.
